Originally a qualified wood machinist and cabinet maker, Jason decided to trade the workshop for the clinic, completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019.
While Jason loves working in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy (sports injuries, neck and back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, acute and chronic joint and muscular injuries), he also has a strong interest in headache management and working with people with neurological conditions (such as stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis) to help them function as best as they possibly can.
Jason also holds a Diploma of Fitness which increases his experience/skills to provide exercise, strength and conditioning programs to a range of people, from post-surgery, to athletes, or the elderly, and with a variety of health conditions. As such, Jason has a strong focus on exercise and movement in addition to hands on therapy to help patients reach their goals. Jason is continuing to further his skills by undertaking regular professional development to better himself and further benefit his clients.
With personal experience working in a trade, competing at high level sports and working in hands-on neurological rehabilitation, Jason loves meeting and working with people from all backgrounds.
Outside of the clinic, Jason enjoys tending to his cactus collection, spoiling his dog and perfecting his latest hobby of archery.
Jason consults from both our of locations, inside “The Rex” on Magnolia Rd and also at our 2 Young St Location.
